The apartments are on the border between Torremolinos and Benalmadena, and so enjoys the luxury of extensive beaches, and a beautiful promenade stretching for miles. The complex is well managed, beautiful grounds, also while you are guaranteed a good nights sleep, there is also plenty of night life close by. One of the attractions of the apartment is the balcony that overlooks the pool ,and is facing the sea. Because the apartment is south-facing, it enjoys the sun from early morning into the late afternoon. By Spanish standards the complex is small, it is also very private. The complex is within walking distance of all necessary amenities.

Montemar puerto is perhaps the most exclusive complex in the area, The complex has both an adult and children's pool, it also has it's own private tennis court, plus 24 hour security. Centrally located close to all the amenities. Many excellent restaurants close by as well as the usual array of pubs. There is a fully equiped kitchen with a seperate utility room. Has a good size balcony that provide uninterrupted views of the sea . Balcony overlooks the pool, gets sunshine for most of the day.
The living area is quiet large, with a bed settee, so the apartment can easily accommodate four people.
