The Imperial Puerto is a lovely complex beside the Sol Timor hotel and close to all amenities. There is a supermarket 100 meters from the apartment and the beach with its promenade is only a 200/300 meter walk. You will find restaurants,pubs and shops on the promenade or you can make your way to 'La Carihuela' where there are more restaurants/shops. If you continue along the promenade you will arrive at San Miguel street which is famous for its selection of shops.Benalmadena Puerto Marina is also an easy walk along the promenade. You do not need a car as the local bus stop is 100 metres away and a 15 min walk brings you to the rail station at Pinillo on the Malaga-Fuengirola line. Local attractions: Aqualand Water Park, Selwo Marina with dolphins,sea lions,penguins and parrots, Tivoli world amusement park/cable car are all a short taxi journey and Sea Life Aquarium is a short walk.There is a taxi rank at the Sol Timor hotel.

All bookings from Sunday to Sunday, in the high season. Bookings from Nov to March are E250 (single week E300) per week, however discounts are offered for long term bookings, (4 weeks+). Arrivals 2pm. Departures 11am.
30% booking deposit. Remainder 2 month prior to arrival. Prices quoted for 4 adults, extra adult €50 pw.
A security deposit of €200 is required ,which is refundable within one week, subject to keys being returned and property being left in order.
Special rates available for long term winter letting.
