Bookings from Nov to Mar are £225 per week, however discounts are offered for bookings in excess of two weeks.
For bookings of 1 week only in the low season there is an additional fee of £25 to cover cleaning costs.
Arrivals 2 pm. Departures 11 am.
30% booking deposit, remainder 2 month prior to arrival. Prices quoted for 4 adults.
A security deposit of £80 may be required, which is refunded shortly after departure, subject to return of keys, and everything being in order.
