The apartment is in the Montemar area of Torremolinos, close to the Torremolinos/ Benalmadena border. which means you are about 5 minutes from Benalmadena Marina, which has a myriad of very good restaurants and plenty of entertainment for both the young and not so young. Of course the main attraction is the closeness to the beach, which is really only a step across the road (promenade). You are close to all the amenities, supermarket close by, Lidl 10 min walk.
There is a regular bus service that will take you anywhere from Torremolinos to Marballa. Bus stop about 10 mins from the apartment. There is also the local train service from Malaga to Fuengirola, your local station 'El Pinillo' is approx 20 mins from the complex. Many local attractions, such as the Aqua park, Tivoli Park, Paloma park, Sea world,etc. all 10 minute taxi ride.
Price, Terms & Payment:
Exceptions to the above rates for Easter and Christmas bookings. Special rates available for long term winter bookings. Arrival/departure datesoutside the high season are flexible. Arrival time is after 2pm and departure time is by 10am. Arrivals after midnight will incur an additional charge of Euro 25 .
November to March bookings are £250 per week however discounts are offered for bookings of 2 or more weeks.
There is a fee of £25 to cover cleaning costs for bookings of only 1 week in the low season.
Booking terms: 30% deposit with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.Prices quoted are for 4 guests and include normal utility charges for electricity,water and domestic waste bins.
