The Don Joaquin complex is only 15 minutes by taxi from MalagaAirport. Car hire can easily be arranged, and there is adequate parking in the complex. The apartment is situated in a quiet old Villa Avenue only 10 minutes walk from The World Famous ‘Puerto Marina‘ where you will find restaurants to suit all tastes, bars to enjoy a lazy drink and music to dance the night away. The beach is about 10 min walk from the apartment. There is a regular bus about 5 mins away, also the train station 10/15 mins approx, with a regular service between Malaga & Fuengirola The area is very laid back, and peacefull. The complex, while close enough to all the amenities, is far enough away to guarantee a good night's sleep.
Local activities golf, swimming, cycling, walking, diving, wind-surfing, water skiing. Attractions for young (and not so young) include the Marina with its bars and clubs, Tivoli World, Crocodile Park, Cable Car, Sea Life, Aquapark, and not to be missed is Paloma park, a nature park that has something for everybody, a fantastic way to spend a relaxing afternoon.

Bookings from Nov to Mar are £250 per week, however discounts are offered for bookings in excess of two weeks.
For bookings of 1 week only in the low season there is an additional fee of £25 to cover cleaning costs.
Arrivals 2 pm. Departures 11 am.
30% booking deposit, remainder 2 month prior to arrival. Prices quoted for 4 adults.
A security deposit of £80 may be required, which is refunded shortly after departure, subject to return of keys, and everything being in order.
Special rates available for winter long term lets.
Late arrivals (after 12pm will incur an additional charge of £25.
