The apartment is well located, and has everything one would need for a self catering holiday. There isa beautiful promenade that will take you all the way into Torremolinos, and San Miguel Street which is famous for it's shopping.You are also only 10 mins walking distance from the Marina,with some lovely restaurants etc. You do not need a car as the local bus stop is 100 metres away and a 15 min walk brings you to the rail station at Pinillo on the Malaga-Fuengirola line.
Local attractions: Aqualand Water Park, Selwo Marina with dolphins,sea lions,penguins and parrots, Tivoli world amusement park/cable car are all a short taxi journey and Sea Life Aquarium is a short walk. Also, Paloma park is not to be missed, 5 mins by taxi from the apt, absolutly delightfull nature park, thoroughly relaxing area, where you can really relax and spend a very enjoyable few hours.
There is a taxi rank at the Sol Timor hotel, 500 meters from the apartment.

Bookings from Nov to Mar are £275 per week, however discounts are offered for bookings in excess of two weeks.
For bookings of 1 week only in the low season there is an additional fee of £25 to cover cleaning costs.
Arrivals 2 pm. Departures 11 am.
30% booking deposit, remainder 2 month prior to arrival. Prices quoted for 4 adults.
A security deposit of £80 may be required, which is refunded shortly after departure, subject to return of keys, and everything being in order.
Special rates available for winter long term lets.
Late arrivals (after 12pm will incur an additional charge of £25.
